Transforming small and mid-sized companies for the superintelligence era.
For companies that build and move things, across the US. Si is short for superintelligence. It isn't smarter than your people.
01 · Si · In development · No customers yet
A model of your own that drafts the paperwork at every desk. A named person decides.
How Si works02 · We buy companies · Not buying yet
We plan to buy a few companies across the US, one at a time, and keep them.

Deploy superintelligence in your company.
Superintelligence is what most people still call AI. Here's how to use it without ripping anything out. A plain guide for manufacturers

- 02 · Months 1 to 4
We teach it with your best people.
Month 1 tests one desk on 20 of your real cases. Then your people teach it, and we build your company's own model.
- 03 · Every month after
Your people run it. We keep it running.
Si drafts at every desk; a named person decides. The server, support and updates are ours to look after.
Inside your Si
Your systems at the bottom. A named person at the top.
01 / 06 · Your systems · No rip and replace
You keep the systems you run today. Si starts from their exports and only reads: it never changes your records.

Your life isn't meant to be emails, paperwork and clipboards.
Si drafts the reply, the quote prep or the entry from your RFQs, packing lists, invoices and email exports. Your people check it and send it.

Example · our calculator's starting numbers · an estimate, not a promise
141 hours a month back
$6,345 a month of time, at $45 an hour with overheads
$3,990 a month for Si, all-in. About $192 a working day.
A 60-person shop where 12 people each spend 10 hours a week on paperwork, and Si drafts 30% of it (a guess), over 47 working weeks.
- Covers its monthly price from month 11. The whole 36-month price by month 27.
- At 15% it doesn't pay back. Your Audit, in month 1, shows which side you're on.
Nobody can rent Ray.
Every company has a Ray: the estimator, planner or dispatcher everybody asks. Si does the legwork for him and for every desk around him. Your model keeps what he teaches it.
Example · Si on a made-up RFQ
- Si reads RFQ 4471, a request for quote: 250 pump housings in 6061-T6 aluminum, a bore at Ø 1.2500 ±0.0004 in.
- It checks the house rule: bores this tight go on the Okuma, not the Haas.
- It finds 2 similar jobs: what they were quoted, and what they really took.
- It drafts the prep packet, with the hours and price left blank.
Waiting on Ray M. Ray prices it.
The repeat questions stop. The hard ones still go to Ray.
Example · Si on a made-up inbox
- The office manager is on a call, with 47 unread emails and 12 packing lists to retype.
- Si drafts the reply to a web inquiry and the chase to a late supplier.
- It drafts a customer's ETA and checks 6 invoices against their POs.
- It drafts each packing-list entry for her to check.
The office manager checks and sends. Nothing goes out until she says so.
Example · what Si is built to draft on the floor
- Job 2603, a pump housing in 6061-T6 aluminum, is a rush for second shift.
- Si puts the job packet together: the drawing at rev C, the setup sheet and last run's notes.
- It sets up the inspection form. The inspector measures, fills in every result and signs.
- It drafts the shift handover and today's packing list for the dock.
The shop lead checks it. The inspector signs. Si never starts, stops or moves a machine.
Si drafts. A named person decides.
Brazos Precision is a made-up 60-person machine shop near Waco. Si drafts each reply live on our servers in Austin. Its made-up staff decide. Nothing is a recording.
Can't reach our servers right now. Nothing here is moving.

A made-up company with made-up people. They decide after a short delay.
Ask it the questions everybody asks.
Ask about us, or ask a made-up machine shop or freight company. It answers live on our servers in Austin.
Ask it
Ask about Thinking Humans: what manual paperwork Si is built to eliminate at every desk, from the first lead to the final invoice, how we make each company its own model, what it costs, how the Audit works, and where it runs.
What you type passes through our web host and a relay server we rent in Germany, then is answered on our servers in Austin. We don't train on it. This is a public demo: don't paste anything confidential. Privacy

Questions owners ask
Does it work with my ERP?
It starts from the reports your ERP already exports, and it changes nothing. Read-only connectors are planned; none is built yet. Check yours on the call.
Who keys the drafts in?
Today, your person does. Si drafts; they check it and enter it.
Will it make things up?
Every draft names the records it came from, and a person checks it before anything goes out.
What if you stop?
Before your first desk beats its baseline, you can stop and owe nothing more. After that, leaving early means paying off the rest of the set-up share ($1,500 a month on Shop), not the full price. Either way you keep your data and a full export. After the term, the software can go read-only at $750 a month. Taking your model with you is still being settled, and our terms say so.
What about security?
Each company's model is planned to run for that company only, on a server we own and look after in its building or, later, a private cloud. We'd run it, with remote access outbound-only and logged. We have no SOC 2 report yet.
You have no customers?
True. Si is in development, with pilots planned from spring 2027. That's why month 1 is refundable if we can't show you a working answer from your own records by day 10 (terms), and why there are three founding places.
